Samsung — No on time resilution of refrigerator (complaint number [protected]) | |||
Hi, I have registered complaint almost thrice for my refrigerator which was purchased on 2010 but we started using this fridge in last year i.e. 2014. But from starting we are facing issue with cooling and water leakage. and there were 3 engineer visit to resolve this issue but in vain. And now they want to take it to workshop but i afraid that they might charge me unnecessary by replacing some parts as this type of things are normal no a days because we cannot go and sit with them to see if they are true in what they are saying. I want you to make sure they resolve it without charging me unnecessary. We have used so many refrigerators till now from different companies like video con, voltas, LG, Alwyn but this is the first time we are facing such issue that to with a new refrigerator. Since it is a Samsung refrigerator so i prefer to give it to Samsung authorized service center. I may go to consumer court if am charged unnecessary. Was this information helpful? | |||
