[Resolved]  Samsung — no proper response

we contact just dial and asked for samsung service center number..they gave samsung tv spot service center number [protected] arulantony..he came and said motherboard is problem and took the motherboard and collected 3800 Rs..later he said he cant repair it.so we asked him to return the money and mother boardback. he said he will return within 3days.but 1month over he dint return it.so please help us in getting our money and motherboard back.
