[Resolved] Samsung — No reply to earlier complaint | |||
No reply to my earlier complaint lodged more than 2 months back The earlier complaint was as follows:- I bought a Samsung smart TV (43" LED TV sr No. 0A483ZEH800174) from Samyak Sales Mumbai. There are white lines on the screen. I called the authorised service centre. When he opened the tv we found details of earlier repairs which are prior to the date of purchase. This means that I have been given a repaired tv and not a fresh piece. This is a clear fraud. The repair person said that the panel was repaired earlier and has conked again and the expense is around Rs.23, 000/-. This is cheating.
