Samsung — No service of refrigerator since past 3 days | |||||
Customer care complaint number : [protected] I purchased a samsung refrigerator (Model rt33jsmferz) in october, 2015. It is may now, and the refrigerator has started showing heavy cooling issues.Infact since the past 3 days it is not cooling at all, and the water kept inside freezer never turns to ice. I contacted samsung customer care on 17th may, 2016 to which i got a reply that they will definitely send an engineer by the next morning, i. E. 18th may. However i did not get any single response from their side. I contacted cc again and got response saying the engineer will visit by evening. Again, no single message/response came. Frustrated, i called cc again, and this time they said the engineer will visit by 19th morning. This has been the repeated case and i have called cc 6-7 times and everytime i get the same reply and the service person has not visited my home yet. It is frustrating because ncr is experiencing terrible summers and a working refrigerator is a basic need. The samsung customer care has been terribly irresponsible and i am still not sure whether i will ever get an engineer visit or not. Was this information helpful? | |||||
