I, Ganga Chaubey purchased refrigerator - DC SAMSUNG RR1914BCARH from Vishal electronic, Jaunpur on[protected] at Rs. 11, 800. but within 7-8 months its cooling process totally failed. I complained at least 4 times but the worst thing pointed out by your service center that put coal and lemon in your refrigerator for cooling and avoiding bad odor. one of person come from your side and then he told that there is problem of gases system and he told he will checked it but his response also not at touch point. finally your service provider told that its your duty to bring refrigerator then we can do further process.
