Samsung — non-receipt of refund | |||
I ordered a samsung microwave oven online on 22/7/2020 and made the payment on the same day. I was assured delivery latest by 25th july '20, however when i did not receive the delivery even uptill 29th july, i called the dealer, who informed me that the model i had paid for was out of stock. He asked me to select an alternate model, to which i refused and asked him to cancel the order and refund my money. Even though 16 days have passed, i have not yet got the refund of my money (Rs. 14100.00), nor is samsung responding to my complaint. I am a senior citizen (79 years old) and am unable to run behind them. My samsung order # is [protected] dt. 22/7/2020.
