Samsung — not getting solution from Last 10 days | |||
Dear sir/mam I had registered a complaind on 17th may 2015 regarding noise issue in my AC but till now I dint got any solution till now. Sir the BULL thing is that according to customer support the engineer has visited to me two times for the same issue and even I got two times feedback call from Samsung about satisfaction. And the Big BULL is that engineer HAD NOT VISITED EVEN A SINGEL TIME for my issues. So its my heartly request to you to take an quick action regarding my issues.
