[Resolved] Samsung — Not Giving any Service for AC | |||
Sir, I had purchased a Samsung Split AC Model No. AR24HV5NBWKXNA of Rs. 52000/- on dated 1st May 2014 Invoice No. 368 from Samsung Dealer- Manglam Whose addres is M.I. Road, Jaipur, Raj. . I had purchased this Ac on 1st May, 2014 from Samsung Dealer, He assure me to give proper Service for that and give assurance to send his Agent/Person to Service the AC in every 3 months in a year of Warranty period. But From last One year in warranty period they didn't came for a Service. Even they didn't asked me for a single time.
