sir/mam I beg to say that before three days i have submitted my samsung mobile in samsung service centre in chowk lucknow, there was versa chaurasya she told me i will call u after few mints and solve your problem.till now she did not call and did not solve my mobile problem, today she return my mobile in bad condition .
