Samsung — Not happy with samsung service | |
I gave my tab for repaire in samsung survice centre In Chiplun, Ratnagiri (maharashtra). Regarding problem with sim card slot..Before giving, tab was in good condition..After 2 days Sim card issue was not salved bud tab was not able to start also..and switch button was also missing...I complained about this that time they were saying that it happens when we touch motherboard...But they shud tell this beforehand..this is not acceptable at all..now they r saying I need to change motherboard..Why shud i spend extra money for your mistake..suggest me what to do... Not happy with samsung survice.. Next time i will think of this before buying Samsung gadgets.. Was this information helpful? | |
