Dear Sir/Mam, As I would like to inform you that I as a customer and consumer sending my entire issues which is still I am facing right now against Samsung India. Where I wrote several mails to them but they are not ready to give a exact solution of my problem. Not only this but also they asked me that their service executive will going to visit at my given address to get resolved my issues but it’s still not get resolved.
