Samsung — Not received cash back as per purchase of product terms and condition | |||
I ordered the Samsung FF 465L 3S RT47M623ESL RL STNLS- from Reliance Retail Limited Nizampura Road Vadodara on 09.11.2020. I used my HDFC debit card for this transaction. My order was delivered on 09.11.2020. On that day there was an offer going on which was ''Rs. 9000 instant cashback on using the HDFC debit card''. Till date even after doing multiple rounds of follow-ups cash back not received till today.. Even today when I called the customer care department, they asked us to wait for sometime. I am not getting any response or solution to this problem from anyone. please resolve this issue asap.
