[Resolved] Samsung — Not replacing AC with manufacturing defect | |||
We have purchased a Samsung split AC (Model : AR18HC3TYURNNA & Serial No : 0318PPCF300018D) in April 2014 and from starting when ever we switch on the AC it omits a foul smell. We have raised around 6-7 complaints. Various Samsung Engineer came to my place and sprayed various high intensity spray. However there was no impact then they took my AC to service center and changed Coil of my AC still same issue persists. When we requested for refund or replacement they started making various excuses and are not providing me replacement or refund or any solution. Was this information helpful? | |||
