Samsung — Not replacing the Defective TV

Address:Pilibhit, Uttar Pradesh

I bought the Samsung LED TV Model No UA40H5100 on 27 September with name Mukesh Yadav. Within a month black spots started appearing on the screen. I asked the company to replace the TV but they changed the TV panel. The panel was of some other TV model. Again in the month of Feb spots started appearing on the screen I called them back again to replace the TV but they refused to do so. I have also registered a complaint with them with Reference Number: [protected] and from last one month I am regularly calling customer center to solve this problem but they are not doing that. I has been a great disappointment with Samsung as my other TV is of Sony company and they have always provided satisfactory results. Please look into matter and help me replacing the defective TV. I am also attaching screen shots for the same. Name: Mukesh Yadav Registered Number: [protected] [protected]
