Samsung — Offer not given for the Samsung GalaxyS21+ | |||
I purchased a Samsung Galaxy S21+ mobile on 21-02-21, refer the bill copy. I got the courier on the 23rd. As the Charger was not supplied I had to order for a Samsung Charger. I could use the mobile only after getting the charger. On[protected] I started using the Phone . It got registered on that day. I learnt from the News paper dated[protected] that there is a smart watch offer. When I applied for the offer, it was rejected on the ground that I had not registered before[protected]. There was no intimation given to me asking me to register before[protected]. I had registered on the very next day. Discarding the offer to me due to this flimsy reason is unjust, unfair and illegal. I am surprised how the company fail to consider that the product was purchased by the consumer. The purchase date is not considered but they consider the registration date. Why they have not informed to me about the last date for registering to avail the gift? It is unfortunate that I have been getting stereo type reply rejecting the offer. It is highly arbitrary.
