[Resolved] Samsung — Order not being delivered | |
I ordered Samsung Galaxy Buds Pro (Violet colour) and made payment. I was promised delivery by 23/02/2021. But even by 24th they have not even shipped the order. I called nearly 30 times to customer care; tweeted on twitter; chatted on website. Nothing works. Pathetic customer service. Never buy any Samsung product from Samsung Estore or Samsung Shop App. Pathetically, there is no option to cancel the product either. They simply sent me a mail and asked to wait for 10 days. Samsung India treats customers like slaves/beggars. I dont know when will my product be delivered. Atleast they should give an option to cancel the order if they cant deliver as promised Was this information helpful? | |
