Samsung Outlet — Fraud Done By Samsung Smart Cafe

Hello Samsung India, Myself Rajendra Singh, I am old buyer of samsung products. But this time i faced fraud by one of your authorized outlet. I purchased Samsung Core 2 from SATGURU TELE WORLD which is a smart cafe located at 1/6960-B, East Rohtash Nagar, Shahdara, Delhi-110032. They provide me insurance on my phone at a cost of 10% on phone value. My phone was of Rs13, 300/ so they charged me extra Rs1, 330/ for the name of insurance. But when I reached them for claim they misbehaved with me and saying we will not give you any claim. Because insurance company is closed. This clearly a fraud done by them with that third party Insurance Provider. But really it affected my experience with Samsung itself. Please take a look on this issue or pass this message to other department who can take look on it. I am sure there is so many victims of the same(According to my rough calculation it can be upto 20, 000 because this fraud is running from last 2years). This type of scenarios clearly affecting customer relationships and trust with samsung. They also sell duplicate covers, headphones, earphones etc. with samsung tag.
