Samsung — Panel issue on my Samsung plasma PS51F5500AR | |||
Dear sir, i am a user of samsung from years and higly like the company and infact have all home appliances of samsung at my home. However i faced a terrible issue with my TV as few vertical lines started coming in my TV panel since last month and after so many complaints and engineer visit my problem is unresolved. If a consumer buys a samsung product worth rs 1 lakh he must expect a life of product from 5 to 7 years but in my case my television malfunction in 16 months after purhase. and now samsung service center wants me to pay hell lot of money for panel replacement, i asked the reason for panel problem the engineer replied generally its due to dust or moisture but in your case no reason has been found so its a manufacturing defect. for company mistake does a consumer has to bear so much cost. Please understand my situation and on further looking my model no PS51F5500, many people have same problem and have complained over the consumer forums and many have filled a case and won and company has given them the panel free of cost. Does a customer has to go through all that and put a case on his favourite company just to get what he deserves. If this email would not do justice my trust for the company would be lost and cant buy samsung products in future due to this incident. May be you will loose one customer but eventually each and every customer counts. Please look into this matter seriously and i expect a good help from your side.
