Samsung — Phone locked by Samsung and service centre told to do factory setting

My phone was locked by samsung and unable to unlock. Samsung service centre told that they have to factory resetting to unlock that means my all memories photos of my kid will be erased. All my important documents will also be erased. I don't want that to be erased but no one from samsung is helping. There should be some way to get rid of this problem Was this information helpful?
