Samsung — picture tube

Hi, I bought Samsung LED Joy Series 5 TV with Model Number- UA32F5100 from Pitapalli edapally on 21 jun 2013 and since yesterday there is no video coming, only audio is working. Today, a Samsung technician came and told us picture tube is not working. Picture tube gone in just 1year, this is the quality that a brand like Samsung has to offer its customers and what if the picture tube again goes dead in next 6 months. I don't need this product anymore, replace this product ASAP. Thanks, RIYAZ KHAN RIYAZ KHAN [protected]
