[Resolved] Samsung — Poor quality of work | |||
I have repaired my Galaxy Note 10 plus from SAMSUNG authorised service centre, (Bharatia Business, Near Jain Mandir) Nalbari, Assam on[protected] & I paid accordingly Rs 23, 900. I could not believe that, the mobile phone stopped working after 3 days. I again went to the service centre with the mobile phone. The service centre told me that the main board which was fitted during repair was not working. They kept my mobile again for repair with out any receipt. One of the person from Service centre (Name- Mr Utpal Singha) has handed over the phone to the reception of my hospital in my absence. Now, when I saw the phone, I was shocked as the back cover was fitted with some adhesive like Fiviquik. I communicated Mr. Utpal Singha of service centre. But, He did not responded me well.
