My name is Mohammed Asharaf. Then bought an iPhone 12 on Jan'21. I bought the Samsung galaxy S21 5G on 24 March 2021. I had very worst experience of my life with this S21 phone. Plus The Customer Service centre is very very unprofessional.
I think I've received the faulty S21. Within just 11 days o[censored]sage my display suddenly gone black. I can receive the call and messages. But my phone is black screen. I cannot see who is calling and I cannot attend the calls. I went to the Service Centre immediately and told them my experience. They did some light tapping and hitting on the front and back of the phone and they did force restart by pressing the 3 buttons. It's ON and then they said this won't happen again.
Then again after 2 weeks the same problem happened. I went to the Customer Service and again this time also they did the same thing but it didn't switch ON. They said it's the display problem and they'll change the display. They said the display part is not available and it may take 1-2 weeks. Actually I'm eligible for replacement if it is 14 days. But they purposely crossed my date of warranty. It's been 1 month, the phone is in service centre and they are not giving a proper response. They said it's in quality dept., then they saying that the replacement part is not yet available. Nobody is giving proper response and they are not saying when will I get my phone.
How can you tolerate this? Bought a premium phone for Rs.75, 000/-, got problem in just less than 2 weeks then changing the display in less than 1 month and not having the part in stock and waiting for my phone till now. My phone is still in the Service Centre. I've hardly used my phone not even 2 weeks.
