Manger: mr. Naveen (Not called in 48 hour) (Customer care chennai) Event log: 23/04/2016: examined by technician authorized by samsung - dwaraka systems, saidapet vellore. Problem: capacitor malfunction Changed capacitor - problem persisting : duct leak Re visit on 03/05/2016 Rechecked: diagnostic issue: condensor leak. Warranty for condensor not mentioned: As per warrant: compressor warranty for 60 months. Condensor warranty not mentioned in the not covered items in warranty card.
