Samsung — Poor Service | |||
I have purchased one fridge (RT54K6558SL) price 72000, double door. Its been an year after purchasing the product. Fridge stopped working after 4 months, we complained for it but got poor response after a month an engineer came and refilled the cooling gas. It worked for 2 more months and stopped working again. Since that time we are struggling to get service from Samsung. We are very disappointed with the product and service. Was this information helpful? | |||
