I'm having a Samsung TV Model UA32C5000QRMXL, in June 2017 speaker was replaced due to failurel on July 2020 it again replaced for not functioning properly but the speaker again failed and replaced in Nov 2020 (in this it was in warranty only service charge paid).
But again it failed in December 2020 the same samsung service team came couple time tooked the video of the sound recording to show to their seniors to get the feedback what to do. Now I got a call stateing that we have to pay full amount only then it will be replaced, my question was it's still in warranty period and reason for repeated failure is not given for the same I have rewritten couple of mails but no proper reply for the subject.
I need you're help to resolve the issue
