I have purchase 670 liter fridge on November 2020, In Month of April 2021, defrost and sweating problem started in the fridge, I have complain in Samsung customer care and Engineer visited and say that there is choking problem. I have given permission for repair and they have done the choking problem repairing but the problem is remain same .Since April, it is almost 3 month running but problem not solved yet
Engineer done the repairing 2 time but the problem is not solved yet, because there is a manufacturing defect in the fridge.
We want replacement. Please help.
