Samsung — Problem with Samsung LEDTV model UA32FF5500, display does not work. | |||
Hi, My name is Naveen. I purchased a Samsung LED TV on Feb2104 model UA32FF5500. In March 2015 the display stopped functioning and I am able to hear only audio. Just after 1 year completed the problem occurred and when I reported the problem to the customer support, they give a blind answer saying I need to replace the display which would cost me around 15000. Just after one year of purchase I need to pay half amount to change display. I am not sure if samsung designs a product to create a problem exactly after 1 year. If this is how the product is designed then there is no use in purchasing a brand product paying so much money. We can go for normal brand with very less amount if this is the case. I would request you to kindly check on this problem and take necessary action to fix my problem at the earliest. Hope to get resolution on this issue.
