Purchased a mobile phone from Samsung website by paying 2000 more and then when I received it the issues started Phone started hanging bad video and voice quality charging issues, , , Customer service center says to go service center again and again. Due to Covid they are taking the advantage of people and not being able to complaint. Denied to replace the item and even for refund... Was this information helpful? | |
