Samsung — product not delivered

Hi jeff,

We have placed the order for samsung m30s on saturday around 2 pm afternoon.
We came to know that it reached the faridabad facility zone around 10 am on sunday.
It’s now 2 days the order is not yet delivered.
It’s a prepaid order.
We made the payment of rs 10, 800 for m30s
It was the price with the exchange offer.
We are looking forward to get the order.

Please help us in getting the product to be delivered asap.
