Samsung — Product not delivered

I have ordered for a Samsung lnote 10 on August 10th on samsung shop app, I have paid 38000 and to be delivered by 16th August. I dont see any status on the product.
I have followed up with customer care in innumerable times and sent a email to CEO
I have tweeted to multiple groups of Samsung but still no use. THEY ARE CHEATING CUSTOMERS TAKING MONEY AND NOT DELIVERING THE PRODUCT.
I WILL HAVE TO PUBLISH THIS IN TIMES OF INDIA AND DECCAN CHRONICLE IF DONT SEE ANY ACTION TAKEN AGAINST THIS ISSUE.

I have not received the Refund nor the Mobile...please refund the amount immediately.
I will publish in Deccan Chronicle Speak out column on Monday 30th August
