[Resolved]  Samsung — Product not received

I have pre-ordered a note 20 Ultra on 16th Aug which was supposed to be delivered on 30th Aug. But there is no mail on the delay in delivery. I have received a tracking id, which shows that the ticket is created but not shipped.
I have been trying to reach out to all the possible contacts provided for the customer support with no response from them and I am getting very frustrated. The whole reason I pre-ordered the device on Samsung official website is to receive the product on time and before it is available in the stores. But I have been disappointed on both ends. This is causing me so much trauma in trying to reach out to the Samsung team and get the product which I have paid for.

It was really important for me for the phone to be delivered by 30th August so I want a compensation for all the trouble that was caused by missing the time, for not even intimating me of a possible delay (prior or after missing the date of delivery) and to not give me any update on the tickets I have raised regarding the order delivery.

Looks like you are not the only one. I am also in the same boat sent several mails called customer care multiple times still waitkng for a response. They don't want to respond. I have to go and meet my Mom in another town and can't do that due to this uncertainty. I hope that they service the order and provide us with better product instead of sending some faulty product and then we get into another round of issues.
