Good day Sir, I have bought a mobile Galaxy F 41 through Samsung website on 17/10/2020 and just now I opened the box and shocked to see product is tampered. Please find attached photos and I request you to arrange for a mobile pick from the same address and request to deliver a new product as soon as possible. Also I request you to check the reason for this inconvenience caused. It has been more than 13 days and no one responded. I am greatly disappointed by ur services. My order no is [protected].
