[Resolved] Samsung — Redemption Coupon | |||
I have purchased Samsung Mobile M30S thro Amazon and used it for about 8 months. Meantime it did not working properly and I handed over the mobile at Samsung Service Centre, Salem. After testing the mobile, they stated that the main board was failed and there is no supply of new board and hence it could not possible to restore the mobile. After 10 days, they provided a Service Redemption Coupon for the value of my mobile Rs.13, 999/- and advised me to purchase a new mobile or any Samsung household articles from authorised sellers. But I searched for good mobile and Oven. but it was not available at any Samsung Store at Salem, Hosur, Erode. Then I made a complaint thro e-mail and after that they called many times and tried to convince me to purchase any other Samsung product. I repeatedly requested them to make NEFT payment, but they denied. The coupon was about to expiry shortly. At this stage, please advise to get back trhe money from Samsung India.
