[Resolved] Samsung — Redemption issue unresolved since June 15 2020 | |||
This is regarding the redeeming of offers mentioned on the Samsung shop website while purchasing the A70s smartphone. • Purchase Date – 1 June 2020 • Delivery Date – 9 June 2020 As mentioned in the website, I am eligible for 2 offers – 1) Headphones 2 ) Free 3rd Party Insurance. With instructions from the Samsung customer care team, I have tried redeeming the offer from Samsung shop but of no help. Customer care team were not able to resolve the issue. Issue – Unable to redeem the offer of free ITFIT headphones which I was eligible for buying a A70s Screenshots – Shared with the customer care team to help understand the issue. Issue first raised on – 14 June 2020 Resolution provided the Customer care team – Since offer ended on 30 June 2020, the issue cant be resolved (please refer the attached pdfs). Irony is, someone from the customer care outbound.[protected]@samsung.com) called on 30 June 2020 promising to resolve the issue. Never heard back from him after that. Also, the customer care representative said there is no escalation team or an escalation officer whom I could reach out to resolve the issue. If this is not cheating and amounting to fraud, what does it amount to ? Even the issue raised on social media platform hasn't received any response inspite of multiple reminders since 3 weeks.
