[Resolved]  Samsung — Ref no-[protected] dt 21.10.2014 about ac repair within gurrenty period

Dear sir I have given a request for our new samsung ac repair to ur toll free no[protected] dt 21.10.2014..ur representive given ref no-[protected] of that complain.Ur technician has come and told that ac inner is eaten by rat so it will be paid service.but if split ac in a top of wall if eaten by rat then how could be i will be responssible for that, ur company should give protection on ac to avoid insects becoz it is far from mans reach. (top of 11 feet wall}.so i reqest u to kindly repair our ac with warrenty means free service, my mobile no-[protected]
