[Resolved] Samsung — Refrigerator | |||
I have purchased a samsung refrigerator in 2014 (Details mentioned below). The fridge has stopped working, and i came to know that there is an issue with compressor. I have lost invoice copy and warranty card. I have already tried to get the copy of invoice from dealer, but couldn't find. I know, it's a mistake from our end. But, samsung customer care & their technician both have confirmed that they have all the details (Incl. Purchase date & owner's information etc.) with them. Even though, they are asking for the invoice to claim this under warranty. I would really appreciate if someone from samsung team takes responsibility and help us to claim the warranty.
