I have complained of my refrigerator on 15.08.2021 to Samsung on phone please note the contact no. [protected] for my refrigerator not cooling properly. They booked my complaint. Same day two person came to my house and said their is a gas leakage issue in your refrigerator. The total charges of gas reselling 3, 200 . I have paid the amount and receive the bill to the name of Shree Balaji Aircon Service. After 2 or 3 days i have faced another issue of water leakage i have called to customer care and share my problem he said the service boy will come again and resolve my issue but no one come till date into my house i also call to the service agent regarding this they misbehave with me and my wife too using bad words I request you please resolve my issue ASAP Was this information helpful? | |||
