Samsung — refrigerator complaint not being attended

My refrigerator is not working since[protected] and has lodged complaint on same day.Technician came for checking after 2 days i.e on[protected] and informed that compressor is faulty and needs replacement.But after that till date no action has been taken and my fridge is in stop condition.
