[Resolved] Samsung — Refrigerator issue | |||
Dear Samsung Team, I am waiting from a long time to repair my refrigerator but till now there is no proper solution. I thing your technician team is not capable to give me any solution and service manager ( Faizan Khan ) & Prerna Arora (Manager-Customer Experience) have also see my problem he is also manipulating me for wait but till now nobody is giving me any dead line for final solution and I thing customer care is also not capable for the same. I don't know why you are to check my patience. Now I am feel that my choice is not good.
