Samsung — Refrigerator not working | |||
CEO Sir, We as a family are struggling to get our Refrigerator repaired since 16/09/21. There have been repetitive assurance from the Samsung team . Few of the interaction are captured below .. Initially time peirod for service was 15 days however it is being extended to 30 days more . Unable to understand the service level exhibited from Samsung team . Non of the Samsung team members are having empathy towards customer complaint or resolution . I am completely clue less whether my Fridge will ever get service .. Or my pain will continue .. We are family of 5 with elders and kid .. All are part of the pain and our life is completely distriubed . You being the last resource for HELP hence expecting a quick response Your reference number is [protected]:- We would like to inform you that as per your complaint we have checked your part arrival date it is showning 15th october Your reference number is [protected]. :- ordered the required part and estimated arrival date is 30/9/2021.
