Samsung — Refrigerator - poor service despite repeated contacts | |||||
Despite escalation to CEO's helpdesk, nobody has even bothered to give a call. This is in continuation with my Door to Door fridge, wherein I had taken the refrigerator from Reliance Digital, the fridge was not performing up to the mark. For this reason, I had called Reliance Digital, they told there is issue in gas and had filled it. Now when i logged the call, the samsung engineer is refusing the entertain the problem and I am suffering because I have purchased Samsung fridge., Kindly get my fridge repaired or take this to your showroom. Hi, Good morning, i purchased refrigerator (Wardrobe) in Mar 2013 from Reliance Digital in faridabad and paid additionally for the extended warranty Rs.6000/-. I faced problem with the fridge regarding cooling and they did some repair. However, i am again facing problem with the refrigerator and not satisfied with the performance.
