Samsung has sold me refrigerator in 2018 . Refrigerator is not working since last 8 months. Samsung is not ready to refund me my money . I have asked for 90% refund .They have closed my case UNRESOLVED. Report is issued to me thar fridge is irreparable. Report attached. I have videos of repair fridge is dismantled to some extent as its unsafe to operate it.
Iam being threated by backend team to accept what ever they offer in 7 days my case os closed by them pls help.

SAMSUNG has issued report after several complaints that fridge is reparable. But samsung is not giving me refund.i have asked for 90% . Samsung has threatened me and closed my case unresolved.
