[Resolved] Samsung — Refrigerator RT56K6378S | |||
Samsung has sold me refrigerator in 2018 . Refrigerator is not working since last 8 months. Samsung is not ready to refund me my money . I have asked for 90% refund .They have closed my case UNRESOLVED. Report is issued to me thar fridge is irreparable. Report attached. I have videos of repair fridge is dismantled to some extent as its unsafe to operate it. Iam being threated by backend team to accept what ever they offer in 7 days my case os closed by them pls help. Was this information helpful? | |||
