Samsung — refund delay and status | |
Hello, I have order the product on august 14th 2020. Delivery was supposed to happened on 20th august 2020. After 20th august i have been calling samsung on order status, there customer support doesnt have any clue about it. After that i have been asking to cancel the order and i was asking fro refund. On september 3rd someone called from samsung refund will initiated and ill get the refund by 2-3 days. I have been following up with them on everyday basis.
