I cancelled my order on Jan 17th and used debit card for paying the phone. Order was cancelled successfully and i was told that refund will be initiated in 5-7 working days. Today is Feb12, no status. I have been following up since 2 weeks with the customer card department, i am getting conflicting messages. One says escalated, other says not yet escalated. Every time, they say will escalate to the management, other that no information. Some times they say payment gate way issue. How in the world payment gateway issue for 22 days? is it possible.

I lost confidence on samsung. i am frustrated with the customer service, they dont have any proper rights to escalate, looks like. same response every time i call them. please look into this. i need my money at the earliest? do i get an intrest for the delay?
