[Resolved]  Samsung — Refund initiated against order([protected])

Details:
1. I was Ordered Galaxy F41 SM-F415FZGG on 4th April 2021 around 18:15.
2. I was realized that the wrong product selection and I canceled within a few hrs on the same day around 19:21.
3. I got confirmation from the Samsung shop that Your cancel request has been confirmed. We will initiate refund for this request shortly. Please note it may take up to 7-10 business days before your account is credited with the funds. Order number:#[protected] on the same day around 19:35 through my mail id
4.on 14th April 2021 10:23: Refund initiated against the order by Samsung shop mail id: swapnil.[protected]@savex.in. initiated a refund of INR 16499 /- on 14 April 2021 against my order.
5.Since, I have not received any refund to my account, I had revert to that mail on 23-APRIL-2021 17:08 status about my refund but I did not receive any reply mail on that.
6. Immediatly i was called to customer care about the status they had raised support ticket the below mail received:
Hi Surendar,

Thank you for contacting Samsung Shop Support.

This is an acknowledgement of your request has been received and your ticket id is 1994352. We assure you that our team will look into this on priority and get back to you within 48 hours.

We thank you for your patience and understanding.

7.Again no use, no information from Samsung again I called after 48hrs. they said that it's in the process of a refund.
8. Next day I called about the status they asked to send the Refund initiated mail. Hence, I had forwarded that mail to Samsung support mail id: [protected]@sielhelp.zendesk.com.
8. No luck and no update about my refund.
on top of that, they need feedback about support services. what feedback I should when they are not ready to resolve my issue.
9. My request is I need my money back. i have all proofs please help to get my money back.

Dear Team,
I received a call from Samsung support now they are telling me there are some technical issues need to wait another 7 working days. this is almost a month till now no resolution and expecting customer like do we have to wait? I had requested the support team to confirm through the mail and they are ready for that.

I request the Samsung support team to confirm through mail another 5-7 working days going to refund my amount.

I would like to add that I have received a call on 03-05-2021 at 14:23 from Phone #+912269044504
Dear Team,

A very frustrating part of a response from the Samsung backend team. The front-end team(support team) tells us that we have raised mail to the back-end team and that team will send mail to me ([protected]@gmail.com), i.e. within 24 hrs.

Therefore, till now nobody sent any mail about the status. I had requested the support team to connect backend team but no use. because they can't do it. If the support team can't do anything then what is the use and how could help the customer. Till I am not sure how many 24 hrs or 48 hrs needed to send mail to the customer. on top of that says technical issues. is that a really reliable sentence? when a customer requests his own hard-core refund amount?

Is Samsung going to respond or not and send the status through mail, when they will refund my amount? what type of services is giving? I am asking for my money(not yours) to refund. I request send mail when is going to release my amount.

Consumer team, please help in this regard...
