Samsung — Refund not initiated | |||
I Purchased a Samsung Galaxy Tab S7 on the 16th of March 2021, and cancelled the same on the day from the Samsung shop app . However not received any cancellation email or refund initiation from Samsung. Numerous calls to the customer care has not yielded anything. Only false promises.
