I`ve bought Samsung Galaxy Tab S7 (LTE) from samsung shop app on 29th October, I had to cancel my on same day. But they couldn't cancel my order and asked me to reject it from courier. I have rejected it on 3rd November and the product is returned to warehouse on 10th November. The order ID is [protected].
Today is 26th November and I still haven`t got my refund back and it is not even initiated yet. I mailed to customer care and even called on toll free. They said they will return it in 5-7 days but still no refund. They will always ask me to wait for 48 hours but nothing happened.
