We bought the Samsung washing machine on 1st Jan 2021 at Chennai, the same had stopped functioning on 1st Dec 2021, the machine is under warranty and I have placed a service request on the same day but it has not been resolved yet. One of the service technician Mr. Sambath visited to check the problem but he neither had a clue of the problem nor resolved the issue, they were silent for 9 days, I called up the customer care and requested them to speeden up the process, so they assigned another service technician Mr. Jai Ganesh, he visited and told us that there could be a problem with the main board/PCB, then he placed a request to replace the part but the service center is telling us now that the part isn't available and they need to either refund the payment or replace it.
I have been following up with them for several times but I have not been able to extract or get a proper resolution or the further steps. Also it has been 21 days since the request was placed but we haven't got any resolution yet. Samsung, being a global brand, should have a seamless process in handling/resolving issues but I never expected such a lethargic attitude with the service centre nor with the customer care.
I sincerely request you to consider this as a high priority and resolve the problem at the earliest. Was this information helpful? |
