Samsung — Regarding slow charging and service issue | |
I purchased S20+ from the Samsung Online Store. I am facing some charging speed issues. I went to the service center two times and they said there is no issue at all in charging. even at that time, I showed them that it is faulty so they said do whatever you want to do I will not help you. so I complained again to the senior person in Samsung. still, they are taking the time and every day they said that sorry sir we will revert you back but they are taking too much time. It's been 10 days. And I provided every proof that I am correct and they are wrong. Was this information helpful? | |

I am tired of doing the same thing every day again and again. I was provided the number and email id of the person but I cannot able to contact them. The phone number is always not available. I have bought this with a hefty amount. please help.
