Samsung — Reminder 483- Worst CEO response system- Day 76 passed-Again nonsense response issue- Refund not received

Sorry to say thia again but i never ever saw Such an ### system and management I never saw in life where complete management is shameless on CUSTOMER issue.

Since 90 days i am struggling to get my refund and good will gesture for this ### ### experience with such non sense brand Samsung in market??. Why don't you sack someone from his Job for this no responses???

Why they should get paid salary????

I have received refund cheque after 90 days.
Now i need compensation amount amount for this 90 days struggle and trouble.

Mr. CEO, Changhun, Mr, Jong, Mr. Han- Pl respond to email. This is really very shamfull management.
It is more than 4 months now.
